1. Navigate to Start Menu\All Programs\Microsoft SQL Server\Configuration Tools\SQL Server Configuration Manager
2. On the left plane click SQL Server Network Configuration
3. Double click Protocols for OSI
4. Double click TCP/IP
5. Click on the IP Address tab
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page
7. Under IP ALL it will list your Dynamic Port
