If you are getting an error when trying to enroll a proximity card using an USB enrollment reader after clicking scan, it is likely because you don't have the pcProxAPI.dll file in the correct folder.
NOTE: This does not apply to Windows XP systems
Download (at the bottom of this page) and place it in one of the following directories depending on your system.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stanley Security Solutions\Stanley Wi-Q AMS
or
C:\Program Files\Stanley Security Solutions\Stanley Wi-Q AMS
